Assistant transparency
A guide to the site—not an autonomous adviser.

What it does
The “Ask Petzer” assistant routes common questions to the relevant public service, article, playbook or email brief. It uses a small set of reviewed responses and keyword matching.
What it does not do
It is not connected to private Obsidian vaults, client material, email, CRM records or confidential Atami information. It does not make legal, medical, investment or crop-performance recommendations, commit Petzer Consulting to work, or contact anyone automatically.
Data and retention
The launch assistant does not transmit or retain the question typed into it. If you choose to email a brief, your email provider and Microsoft 365 handle that message under their respective terms and controls.
Hermes and future assistants
A future grounded assistant may answer from a versioned, public-approved knowledge collection and cite its source pages. Persistent transcripts, lead routing or tool actions will not be enabled until the privacy, retention, consent, human-review and security model is documented and tested.
